Banister to provide a system that wont crack or stain easily
Encounter is packaged in 50 pound bags and comes in either
white or gray. It reaches strengths of 8,870 psi in 28 days,
nearly three times the strength of regular concrete. Encounter
can be used for both pre cast and cast-in-place applications.
